Compilation of decisions of the European Court of Justice, General Court and the EUIPO Boards of Appeal

The project will support Sakpatenti to compile a list of decisions on trade marks and designs taken by the Court of Justice of the European Union, the General Court, and the EUIPO Boards of Appeal (BoA).

The decisions will be chosen on the basis of their normative and interpretative relevance with respect to the relating intellectual property legal systems. They will be translated in Georgian and put at disposal of enforcement authorities and officials from Sakpatenti, who are the main people in charge of interpreting and applying IP jurisprudence.
